Effective  August 1, 2022, Sapa Water Association rental deposit is $350 plus $30 membership plus a nonrefundable $20 processing fee for a total of $400. 

Effective August 1, 2022 basic new connection will be $500. Meter installation includes: tapping line, valves, meter, meter box, and pipe needed to install a meter no more than 20 feet from water system supply. Nonbasic new connection will incur additional charges.
